At Reiki Maya, we take privacy and the protection of your Personal Data seriously.

Personal Data means information that can directly or indirectly identify you or other individuals. This typically includes information such as your surname, name, middle name, name suffix, email address etc.

We do not disclose your Personal Data to any third party. And never will!

We must process personal data fairly and lawfully in accordance with individuals’ rights under the new laws. This generally means that we should not process personal data unless the individual whose details we are processing has consented to this happening.

With this in mind – the only data we hold is your name and email address plus any billing details if you have booked a course or retreat with us online. This data is held securely. We hold this data simply to notify you of upcoming classes, special offers and to send the occasional newsletter, or if you have bought a product, to bill you.

And thats all! If you think we hold any of your data you can message me at anytime and I will disclose which info we have and will remove it if you wish. We will automatically delete this info after 5 years unless you wish it sooner or you re opt-in at a future date.
