Cancellation Policy 

Reiki Maya is part of Spiritual Adventures LTD a limited company register in UK. By booking anything with Reiki Maya / Spiritual Adventures LTD  (Course, Training, Workshop, Retreat, Holiday package, Treatment  or any other ‘product’ or service), registering as a member in our website, or, registering for a newsletter you are agreeing to our ethics and our terms and conditions & Cancelation policy.

It is essential that we have your correct email address as we will email you an order confirmation upon successful registration. You will also receive a Welcome email – Program Information Sheet including Venue and full Class / Retreat information BY EMAIL at least one weeks prior to the scheduled dates of your Course (Reiki 1, 2, 1&2). For Reiki Master, Karuna and Retreats we will email you one month prior the Retreat/ Training  If you have not received your Welcome email information Sheet by  the time mentioned above, contact our office at info@reikimaya.com and we will make sure to re-send it.

Once paid, registration fees for any Reiki Maya Courses, Training, Workshop, Retreat, product, service  and other events are non-refundable. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance at a Reiki course / Training / Workshop or event, a registration is transferable to another date or event hosted by Reiki Maya so long as registrant provides us with at least thirty (30) days written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the booking. Your rescheduled course – training program or event must take place within one (1) year from the original booking or event date.  An administrative fee GBP£50 will apply in the event you transfer your Course /Training Program or event date as permitted above. If you need to transfer your place within (72) hours from the course original booked date is not a refund / transfer option for (72) hours short notice. An administrative fee GBP£100 will apply in the event you transfer your Course /Training Program or event date for a second time.  Sale or transfer your course -training program tickets  to another person is not permitted.

If you need to cancel a Retreat, Holiday  or a residential class, workshop, if it is 4 months or less prior to the event, no refund can be given. This is because we have made financial commitments on your behalf to the venue, chefs, staff, transport, places booked as Stonehenge, teachers and other suppliers for the Retreat. Also, we may be unable to re-sell your ticket and therefore we would loose the cost commitments we have made to others. However, you are able to sell, transfer or gift your ticket to another person. You would be responsible for finding this person. We would require notification of this, please email us to advise of any ticket name changes.

If you need to cancel your booking for a Retreat or residential class – workshop and it is greater than 4 months, we will give you a 50% refund of the ticket price or tuition fee. No refund for food, accommodation or instalment charge can be offered.

If you have chosen to pay by instalments and you decide during the instalment payment period to cancel your ticket, no refund of instalment payments already paid can be given for the reasons outlines above. You are also liable to pay the outstanding amount of the instalment plan, as you have entered into a financial agreement with us. Therefore, please only choose the instalment option if you are certain of attending.

Upon any cancellation, we reserve the right to try to re-sell accommodation and tickets.

Reiki Maya – Spiritual Adventures LTD can not transfer a Retreat ticket (deposit or full amount option) or residential class – workshop to any other event, course, retreat, class as in residential retreats we have payment commitments with other parties, people, chef, staff, venues, companies, suppliers and we can not offer a ticket change of date or any other change to any other event.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a Reiki Course, workshop, class, training, event and Retreat, Holiday, Retreat Training Program or related event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed  event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Registration fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed training shall be applicable to the rescheduled event Training Program on a pound  for pound basis only.  In the event Reiki Maya elects not to reschedule the cancelled Course – Training Program, retreat  or event, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. Reiki Maya – Spiritual Adventures LTD, Miguel Chavez is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

We reserve the right to refuse any attendance to assist  our courses, retreats, venues  (any person, company, individual or group of people) if we decide that the person, group is inappropriate, has mental or medical conditions to may not benefit from taking a course with us or may put in danger other participants. We will notify the person, Reiki Maya, Spiritual Adventures Miguel Chavez  elects not to admit  the person, individual, group, company etc. registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. Reiki Maya – Spiritual Adventures LTD, Miguel Chavez is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.

Reiki  Training Program and Retreats  dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice. Reiki Maya reserves the right to change any and all instructors for each Reiki Training Program or event without notice.

Discounts associated with the original purchase are non-transferrable. Discounted enrollments are only directly transferrable to target courses currently priced at or above the same discount as the original purchase. Targeted courses  with a lower current discount than the original purchase will need to register at the target course, with a discount equivalent to the difference between the original discount, and the current available discount. The administrative fee will also be assessed for such transfers. All payments are adjusted to the local currency and applicable taxes for the target course. Sale or transfer of course tickets or credits is not permitted. Discount prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and are subject to tax, as applicable.

By registering for a Reiki Course, you acknowledge that Reiki Maya does not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee as to whether you will ultimately attain sufficient understanding and knowledge to become a Reiki practitioner.  Regardless of whether you become a Reiki practitioner or teacher, once paid, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.  Any right to a refund is not dependent on whether you become a Reiki practitioner or Teacher of Reiki.

All sales are priced on the website inclusive of all applicable VAT or other taxes, where applicable. Please note that Reiki Maya – Spiritual Adventures LTD is not responsible for any additional taxes that may be assessed by any taxing agency on your purchase due to our processing being located in the United Kingdom.

Reiki Maya – Spiritual adventures LTD is a  UK-based business with the ability to process most bank cards in many other currencies. We presently accept credit/debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, in all currencies available on our website, as well as PayPal and American Express payments in GBP only. The payment amount charged to your credit or debit card will be processed in the payment currency displayed on the checkout page. The amount you pay in your selected currency may be based on a currency exchange rate, which is set at that time of purchase. This amount may fluctuate based on changes in the exchange rate between your selected currency and GBS. Reiki Maya – Spiritual adventures LTD is not responsible for any changes on our website after your payment, or discrepancies against rates listed by other foreign currency exchange services.

Checks, Wire Payments and Money Orders are not currently accepted online. If you are unable to pay using one of the payment types available on our website, please contact our office at info@reikimaya.com to determine whether any alternate payment arrangements may be available.
